|Usage

  • Valid for travel within 12 months from purchase date.
  • Valid for United States, Canada, and Mexico born citizens only.
  • Certificate is for two adults from 45 to 74 years old, married or cohabitating together (proof is required).
  • Guests must show a valid official government issued ID with photograph, matching address, and a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • Blackout dates: Certain peak travel periods and holidays are excluded.

|Accommodation

  • Accommodation Type: The certificate covers a 4-night stay in a studio room at El Cid Puerto Morelos or El Cid Mazatlan.
  • Resort Selection: Resort options are subject to availability and may vary based on the season.

| Price

  • Total Price for this certificate is US$598, which includes an Activation Fee of US$99 and a Booking Fee of US$499 to be paid at the time of booking travel dates.

| All-inclusive package

  • Meals and Beverages: The all-inclusive package includes all meals, snacks, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and room service.
  • Activities: On-site activities such as: sports, entertainment (shows), and kids´ club are included.
  • One-way complimentary shared transportation from the closest International Airport to El Cid Resort is included.
  • Additional Costs: Spa services, taxes, laundry, WIFI, motorized water sports, and off-site excursions are not included and are subject to additional charges.

|Presentation Attendance

  • This package is offered at a significant discount in exchange for your attendance to a Vacation Club Presentation. During your stay, you´ll take part in an approximately 90-minute presentation and tour, where you will be introduced to the numerous benefits and privileges of vacation ownership with El Cid.
  • Non-Attendance Penalty: Failure to attend the presentation or comply with these terms and conditions will result in a charge equal to the full retail value of the all-inclusive stay.
  • All persons traveling with the certificate are required to attend the presentation together.

|Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days after payment of Activation Fee are 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 90 (ninety) days before check-in date will receive refund of the booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 90 (ninety) days from check-in date are non-refundable.

 

|General Conditions

  • Non-transferable: The certificate is non-transferable and can only be used by the named participant.
  • No cash value: The certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Compliance participants must comply with all resort rules and regulations during their stay.
  • Liability: The issuer of the certificate is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
  • Promotion is limited to one reservation only.
  • This is a one-time offer at any of our participating destinations.

|Children Policy

  • Up to 2 (two) children under 18 years old can be added to the booking, with the following rates:
  • Children under 5 years old stay free of charge.
  • Children aged 6 to 12 years: US$39 per person, per night.
  • Children aged 13 to 17 years: US$59 per person, per night.
  • Age is determined based on the child’s age at the time of check-in.

|Additional nights

  • Up to three additional nights can be added to the certificate for a rate of US$159 per two persons per night.
  • Maximum length of certificate is 7 nights.
  • Check-in days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Member Guide/Directory Content

Congratulations on many exciting, memorable and enjoyable vacations in the years to come.  It is very important to become familiar with the rules of the program which you will find in your Updated ECVC Membership Guide/Directory (available for downloaded here).  From time to time ECVC may make modifications to the content of this guide.  Notice will be given via this landing page or other means such as email notifications or posts on other media channels.  When modifications are made to the guide, the entire member base is considered and the changes are made in order to benefit the member base as a whole.  Changes to this content include but may not be limited to rules, regulations, guidelines, design, photographs, maps, charts, schedules and wording of its text.  Future updated versions of this guide will be made available for download in a similar manner.
