The favorite season of all locals has arrived, and yes, we are talking about the Mazatlan Cultural Festival 2022.
This festival was born in 1993, with an attractive and breathtaking line-up that placed Mazatlan among the most important stages for the manifestation of art in Mexico, distinguishing this city as one of the main cultural destinations in the northwest of the country. In its line-up converge local, national and foreign artists, whose performances dignify music, theater, dance, ballet, singing, literature and plastic arts.
The event will be held from October 4 to December 18, 2022, as announced by the Institute of Culture of Mazatlan.
The Mazatlan Cultural Festival calendar will extend over three months and will feature a spectacular line-up with a variety of artistic expressions in different cultural venues in the city, such as the Angela Peralta Theater, Casa Haas Museum and public places like the Plazuela Machado, among others.
Among the events that stand out is the celebration of the Day of the Dead, a tribute concert to the music of the 70s by the Latin group ‘Los Terrícolas’, a concert featuring two pianos for the anniversary of the Ángela Peralta Theater Choir, a tribute to Lola Beltrán and a performance of the Nutcracker.
