ECVC-Trial PIF

If you change your reservation 90 days or more prior to the check-in date, the points from the changed vacation will be returned to your account without penalty.
If you change your reservation from 60 days to 89 days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged $100 USD and the points from the changed vacation are returned to your account.
If you change your reservation 59 days or less from the check-in date, you will be charged $150 USD and the points from the changed vacation are returned to your account.
We understand that all members on the contract must attend a Members Update presentation during each reservation period and if married, must attend with spouse, If the members, or all the members on the contract, or husband and wife do not attend a presentation together, will be charged a nightly hotel rack rate.
You may not attend a sales presentation offered by another hotel or resort other than El Cid Vacations Club. In the event that you attend a non ECVC sales presentation during your stay, you will be charged the nightly rack rate of your El Cid accommodations.
All Inclusive bracelets are for 2 adults for 7 nights.

It is very important to become familiar with the rules of the program which you will find in your Updated ECVC Membership Guide/Directory (available for downloaded here). From time to time ECVC may make modifications to the content of this guide. Notice will be given via this landing page or other means such as email notifications or posts on other media channels. When modifications are made to the guide, the entire member base is considered and the changes are made in order to benefit the member base as a whole. Changes to this content include but may not be limited to rules, regulations, guidelines, design, photographs, maps, charts, schedules and wording of its text.
